COMMERCIAL EXHIBITION
The exhibition will be open from THU, November 6 until SAT, November 8, at the Hyatt Regency Jersey City. Delegates will have the opportunity to meet representatives of pharmaceutical and diagnostic equipment companies at their booths to discuss new developments and receive up-to-date product information.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION FOR SPEAKERS
Speakers are requested to bring their presentations on a USB memory stick. Dedicated technicians will assist with uploading presentations to the computers in the respective meeting rooms. Presentations must be submitted no later than the last coffee break before your scheduled session. Please note that personal laptops and double slide projection cannot be used.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION FOR E-POSTER AUTHORS
E-posters will be displayed on touch-screen kiosks in the lobby area and will be accessible throughout the congress during opening hours. There is no designated poster presentation session; however, the Top 3 Abstracts will be awarded and presented on stage during the Education & Research Session. We recommend that poster presenters remain near the screens during breaks to be available for questions and discussions with attendees.
BADGES
Eco-friendly identification badges are provided upon registration. For security purposes, all delegates and speakers are asked to wear their name badges at all times during the meeting. It can also be helpful when contacting the Registration Desk and other participants. The identification badges include a QR code with basic contact information such as name, city, workplace, and e-mail address. Our exhibitors and sponsors might scan your badge QR code for their records when visiting their booths or attending an industry-sponsored breakfast/lunch. If you misplace your name badge, please contact the Registration Desk to arrange a replacement.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Hand sanitizer is available throughout the venue near food and exhibit areas. Wearing a face mask is not required but recommended, due to the inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. Attendees and staff may continue to wear masks for a variety of reasons, so please be kind and considerate of others.
COFFEE BREAKS
Coffee, tea, and snacks will be served in the Exhibition area regarding the program.
LOST AND FOUND
Any found item may be turned in to the Registration Desk. Inquiries about lost items can be directed to the Registration Desk also.
MOBILE PHONES
Please respect the speakers and presenters by ensuring that your mobile phone is switched off during the scientific sessions.
PROGRAM CHANGES
The organizers cannot assume liability for any changes in the scientific program. However, they will do their best to keep the participants up to date, and possible changes in the program will be immediately communicated.
