Confirmation
Registrations are billed and charged by NEW YORK NEW JERSEY PAIN SYMPOSIUM INC (address: 1991 Marcus Av, Suite M217, Lake Success, NY, 11042). Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the Meeting Secretariat (CONGRESSLINE LTD) upon receipt of registration and payment.
