Cancellation Policy of Registration

All cancellations should be sent in written form to the Congress Secretariat. Refunds will be processed after the Congress.

  • 100% refund (minus Stripe fee) in case of cancellation received until October 4, 2026.
  • No refund in case of cancellation is received on or after October 5, 2026.

Payment

Registrations booked through the registration form are billed and charged by NEW YORK, NEW JERSEY PAIN SYMPOSIUM INC (address: 1991 Marcus Av, Suite M217, Lake Success, NY, 11042). All payments should be made in USD. Payments sent after October 30, 2026, may not be confirmed in written form. In this case, please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.

Accepted Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and UnionPay. Depending on location and availability, additional payment methods may include digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, bank debit options such as ACH Direct Debit and SEPA Direct Debit, and local payment methods including iDEAL, Bancontact, Sofort, Klarna, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. Availability may vary by country.

A card number with an expiry date, CVC code, and postal code is needed for online payments.

Data Management Policy

CongressLine Ltd., on behalf of the New York New Jersey Pain Symposium Inc., collects and processes the personal data you provide to facilitate your registration and participation in the New York & New Jersey Pain Congress 2025, whether as an attendee, speaker, or organizer.
As the official congress organizer, the New York New Jersey Pain Symposium Inc., in collaboration with CongressLine Ltd. as the Professional Congress Organizer (PCO) and data manager, manages, stores, and processes your data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

In compliance with CME provider regulations, the following information may be shared with contracted vendors, including exhibitors and sponsors of NYNJ-PC 2026:
